В тот же день, что и А.В.Чуриков (о его смерти я уже Вас информировал, так что объявление МЭО об этом я не пересылаю), скончался один из ведущих в прошлом электрохимиков мира Roger Parsons. Пересылаю письмо МЭО об этом печальном событии.

Dear Dr. Vorotyntsev,
It is with great sadness that we have to report that Prof. Roger Parsons, ISE President in 1981—1982 and ISE Honorary Member, passed away on 4 January 2017. The ISE membership and the whole electrochemical community will miss him greatly. Prof. Parsons was Editor—in—Chief of the Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry for many years. The editorial board of the journal is planning a special issue to honour his memory.
