Oral presentation

The time allowed for lectures is 50 minutes in total, including presentation by the chairman and questions from the audience. All presentations should be in PowerPoint 2003 format (PPT file extension). Please, avoid using special symbols (fonts) or media files that are external to your Microsoft PowerPoint or word processing program since these might be displayed incorrectly. It is recommended that you load the PowerPoint of your presentation into the computer of the room the previous day of your session, or at least during the coffee break or lunch break preceding the session.

Poster Presentation

The poster size should not exceed 59 cm (wide) x 108 cm (height). Preferred format: A1 (59.4 x 84.1 cm), portrate orientation.
