Dubna is located 120 km north of Moscow on the Volga river banks. There is a direct train and bus connection to Moscow.
The trains from Moscow to Dubna depart from Savelovsky railway ("Savelovskaya" metro station). there are two railway stations in Dubna: station "Bolshaya Volga" and terminal "Dubna". The station "Dubna" is closer to the hotel and student hostel. It takes about 10-15 min on foot to get to the hotel.
You can use a taxi (price ~ 60 rub): 8 (496)-2122299, -2128550, -2173030.
Bus 415 from Moscow to Dubna departs from the Savelovsky railway station square (turn right from metro exit). The ticket price is ~ 300 rub. Please ask the driver to make a stop at railway stations "Dubna" and announce it for you in advance.
Arrival information
There are two railway stations in Dubna: station "Bolshaya Volga" and terminal station "Dubna". The destination point for all participants is terminal station "Dubna".
Registration desk will be opened in the hall of SINP, DB (ground floor) on Sunday (August, 26) at 12.00 a.m. Registration desk will be also opened on Monday, August 27, starting from 8.30 a.m. Phone numbers of Organizing Committee are available at the callboard near Regisration desk.
For all participants who stay in "Dubna" hotel, free breakfasts in the hotel are included.
Free breakfasts for participants who stay in Student Hostel will be arranged in the Library (SINP, DB), starting from 8.00 a.m. (August 27-30).
All participants are invited to the conference lunches (free) on August 27- 30, starting from 12.40 p.m. ("Dubna" hotel, ground floor).
The destination in the travel documents should be specified as Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR).

Bus schedule MOSCOW-DUBNA-MOSCOW
Bus 415 from Moscow to Dubna departs from the Savelovsky railway station square (right from metro exit). From Dubna the buses depature from station Bereznyaka(on Left Side of Dubna), the next stop is the square in front of railway station building “Bolshaya Volga”.
